Women In Power and 306 Pilates Studio invite you to The Reformation — a morning dedicated to your body, followed by an hour with the women worth knowing.

Two hours of movement. One hour of connection!
THE EXPERIENCE

A signature combination of a mixed-level reformer class and an extended deep stretch. Strengthen, tone and challenge your body before melting away tension with guided stretches that improve flexibility, mobility and recovery. You will leave feeling lighter and completely renewed.

At 12:00 PM we move into an hour of networking over healthy bites and drinks — unhurried time to meet, exchange and build genuine connections within the WIP community.
